Shipping Policy

All items in Prototype 001 are custom-made to order. This means we do not carry pre-made inventory, and production begins the moment your order is placed.

1. Processing & Production Times

  • Standard Production: Please allow 2 to 5 business days for your garment to be printed, quality-checked, and packaged before it is handed off to the shipping carrier.

  • Production times may fluctuate slightly during peak holiday seasons or high-volume drops.

2. Shipping & Delivery Estimates

Once production is complete, your package will be shipped using standard tracked transit.

  • Domestic (US) Delivery: Estimated 3 to 6 business days after leaving the printing facility.

  • Tracking: A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link will be automatically sent to you the moment your package is scanned by the carrier.

3. Shipping Rates

  • [Option A - If you chose Free Shipping]: We offer flat-rate Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders within the United States.

  • [Option B - If passing Printify costs]: Shipping rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery location and the real-world weight of the garment.

4. Address Corrections & Lost Packages

  • Incorrect Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Because our fulfillment system is automated, we cannot modify or redirect shipping addresses once production has begun. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

  • Delayed or Lost Shipments: Once a package is handed over to the shipping carrier (USPS, DHL, etc.), transit delays are outside of our control. If your tracking status stalls or says delivered but has not arrived, please contact the carrier directly or reach out to us at dominiquegarlin@gmail.com so we can look into the file.
